  2. Tension headaches are very common, affecting up to 78% of the general population.

    Pain is caused by tightness (contraction) of your neck, and scalp muscles. With a tension headache, the pain often starts at the back of your head and moves forward, so that it eventually includes your neck, scalp, and head.

    For to prevent this illness is necessary: have a good nutrition and dietary supplements, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and physical therapy and others that are very important for our health.

Prevalence of headache can be given at any age, but some doctors say that much higher in people with a lot of stress and worries, headache is very common, especially in these times of so much tension and competition ... it is necessary to work with quietly without to much stress because this can cause big headaches
